Slime Mold Biogeography
Understanding biogeographical patterns of slime molds in the tropics using island models and geographical boundaries by employing a combination of morphological and molecular studies. We are interested in understanding the spore dispersal mechanism and cryptic speciation among the underexplored tropical myxomycetes.
